Do I need to be technical?
No. I set everything up, show your team how it works, and write down the basics so nothing depends on memory.
What if my business isn't a good fit?
I'll say so plainly. If a task isn't worth automating, I won't recommend a build for it.
Do I need to change my current tools?
No. I build around the software you already use for email, accounting, bookings and customer records, so there's less double handling.
Where does my data live?
Wherever possible, your data stays in the tools you already use. If a workflow needs extra hosting or an AI service, I'll tell you where the data is stored and who can access it before anything is built.
